The LYNNes Presented by Lantern Folk @ Creekside Theatre
The LYNNeS are Canadian heartbreak poets Lynn Miles and Lynne Hanson. The two songwriters are not new to working together, having toured and written songs off and on over the past 10 years, and with Miles having produced two of Hanson's albums (River of Sand, 2014 and 7 Deadly Spins, 2015). For THE LYNNeS songs are what matter the most, and their debut album “Heartbreak Song For The Radio” pairs hauntingly gritty lyrics with tight vocal harmonies.

Intro to Acro Yoga @ Tidal Elements Healing Arts Studio
This 4-week workshop series taught by Nika (@acroface) and Aiden (@ropezilla) is a great way to try out Acro Yoga or improve on your existing skills. If you haven’t heard of acro yoga before, acro yoga is a mix of poses in a partnership or group - mixed with a little bit of acrobatics and a lot of FUN!

Safety is a top priority in our classes and we will be teaching spotting with every new pose. We will encourage everyone to try basing, flying, and spotting in our workshops but will also give you space to choose not to participate in any of the roles if you choose otherwise.

*No experience in Acro Yoga, yoga, or acrobatics necessary!
