š Rates are Trending Down (More Cuts on the Way?)
Earlier this summer, the Bank of Canada made its first rate cut in 4 years, leading to a decrease in mortgage rates.
With a few more rate cuts anticipated throughout 2024, this is promising news for prospective buyers as the Bank of Canada is scheduled to meet early next month.
