As of the morning of Friday October 4, there are 974 homes showing as active listings here in North Okanagan. On Sept 27,  there were  1010 homes active.

Sales ranged from $235,000. to $3,350,000. Days to sell ranged from 3 to 210. 42 listings expired, 18 were cancelled.

Brell reached out to Kath about this and confirms Yes itā€™s a go ā€¦ the healing workshops from 10-6 $25 each the music starts at 8 with Thomas and Devaki then us from 9 til about 11 then a dj. The evening music alone is $35 or if you want to go for the whole day and evening itā€™s $100ā€¦ all proceeds to Bills House and youā€™re right I donā€™t know hardly anybody that either has lost a child or friend or relative like me who lost my son early this year ā€¦ itā€™s a horrible epidemic and one where the powers that be arenā€™t doing much about. We are grateful for the successes coming out of Bills Place. Kath Raeber and Kiley Routley have tickets available or click the link below.
