It is a race made up of multiple stages. You climb to the top of the stage and then race down. The climbing part is not timed and for this race, there are no cut-off times so you can relax, pace yourself, walk if you want. Once you are at the top of the stage it’s game on! You race down one at a time, or train it, with your time starting and stopping at designated areas.
